高职院校辅导员职业能力提升与发展研究

Research on the Improvement and Development of Vocational Ability of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

辅导员是高职院校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其从业能力不仅关系到个人职业发展,也直接影响到大学生的健康成长和校园的安全稳定。论文在调查研究的基础上,分析了制约辅导员职业能力发展的现实困境,提出辅导员职业能力提升的建议和办法,希望能够为高职院校辅导员的职业化、专业化发展提供一些借鉴。

Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the main forces in moral education and ideological and political education for the students.Their professional ability is not only related to personal career development,but also directly affects the growth of the students,and the stability of the school.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper first analyzes the practical dilemma that restricts the development of counselors'professional ability,and then puts forward suggestions and methods for the improvement of counselors'professional ability,with the aim to provide some references for the professionalization and professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
