摘要
该文研究目的:研究GTD法对外科学专业型研究生学习倦怠的影响。方法:对该文作者所在院校100名外科学专业型研究生进行GTD时间管理培训,对比培训前后学生学习倦怠问卷结果。结果:GTD培训后学生学习倦怠量表中情绪低落、行为不当及成就感低及总分显著低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:GTD有助于减轻外科学专业型研究生学习倦怠水平,值得进一步在高等医学院校各专业学生中推广应用。
Objective To study the influence of GTD on the study burnout of graduate students majoring in surgery.Methods GTD time management training was conducted on 100 graduate students majoring in surgery in our school,and the results of study burnout questionnaire before and after the training were compared.Results After GTD training,students'emotional distress,improper behavior and low sense of achievement in the learning burnout scale were significantly lower than before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion GTD is helpful to reduce the learning burnout level of graduate students majoring in surgery,which is worthy of further promotion and application among students majoring in higher medical colleges and universities.
