以湖南省高校思政课教师为主要研究对象,围绕高校思政课教师在习近平思政课教师座谈会后对职业能力的重视度、职业能力现状及思政课教师对职业能力提升的意见和建议作比较系统的研究。

This paper takes college ideological and political teachers in Hunan Province as the main research object.It carries out a systematic study on their emphasis on professional ability,the present situation of their professional ability,and their opinions and suggestions about professional ability improvement after College Ideological and Political Teachers'Symposium held by Xi Jinping.
