试论OKR工作法在中外合作办学教师团队建设中的应用

A Tentative Discussion on the Application of OKR Work Method in the Construction of Teachers'Team in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

OKR工作法是近年来新兴的企业管理方法,但其在高校管理或教学中却鲜有耳闻。该文根据中外合作办学高校教师团队的现状,以中外教课型的衔接问题为例,尝试论证OKR工作法在中外合作办学教师团队建设中应用的具体对策和意义,并提出相应建议。

OKR work method is a new enterprise management method in recent years,but it is seldom used in university management or teaching.Based on the current situation of teachers'team in Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools,this paper takes the interface of courses taught by Chinese and foreign teachers as an example,and analyzes the specific countermeasures and significance of the application of OKR method in the construction of teachers'team in Sino-foreign cooperative education.The study also puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
