略论加强高校教师思想政治教育的重要意义

A Brief Analysis of the Importance of Strengthening College Teachers'Ideological and Political Education

教育兴则国家兴,教育强则国家强。大学时期是学生世界观、人生观和价值观形成的关键时期,加强大学生的思想教育对为社会培养人才有着至关重要的作用。高校教师因其所肩负的教育使命、所承担的职业角色和所具备的专业素质,在高校思想政治教育过程中起着主导性作用,加强高校教师思想政治教育,做好教师思想政治工作成为开展学生思政工作的基本前提。该文从分析当前高校教师对学生进行思想政治教育的现状出发,论述加强高校教师思想政治教育的重要意义,以期为高校思政教育开展的实效性提供一定的理论参考。

The rise of education makes china a more prosperous nation,and the strength of education makes china an unyielding nation.University period is a crucial period for the formation of students'world outlook,outlook on life and values,hence the reinforcement of college students'ideological education plays an important role in cultivating talents for the society.Teachers play a leading role in the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities because of their educational mission,professional role,and professional qualities.Therefore,enhancing the ideological and political education of college teachers and doing a good job in the ideological and political work of college teachers have become the basic premise for students'ideological and political work.Based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education of students carried out by college teachers,this paper discusses the importance of strengthening the ideological and political education of college teachers,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
