浅谈加强高职院校学生党支部建设的思考

学生党支部是高职院校最基层的学生党组织,目前部分高校存在学生党支部活力下降的问题。该文主要探讨在高职院校中学生党支部发展存在的问题,包括学生特点、党员发展培养以及支部制度建设等方面,并以此为契机,结合支部实践改变,提出加强高职院校学生党支部建设的对策建议。

The student party branch is the most basic student party organization in higher vocational colleges.At present,some colleges and universities have the problem of the decline of the vitality of the student party branch.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of the party branch of students in higher vocational colleges,including the characteristics of students,the training of party members and the construction of branch system.
