班级是大学生做好自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的基本组织,高校辅导员在本科新生入学起做好班级建设工作将对学生成长成才产生重要影响,做好班级建设应做到抓住关键时间节点、注重方式方法、加强制度规范,从新生思政教育、班风和学风建设等多个方面做好班级日常管理。

Class is the fundamental organization for college students to carry out the work of self-education,self-management and self-service.Class construction conducted by counselors plays an important role in the development of students.Counselors should take good use of time nodes,ways and methods,and administrative systems standardization to focus on the ideological and political education of the freshmen,the construction of class culture and study atmosphere,and the daily management of the class.
