外出交流学习期间当代大学生入党积极分子教育情况研究

当前,大学生在校外的交往学习机会日趋增多,外出交流、实习成为人才培养的重要环节,时间上会与入党积极分子有所重叠。在此期间,外出的入党积极分子培养产生了许多新情况和新问题。该文通过对该阶段特征、问题进行透视,结合工作实际,提出有针对性的应对措施。

At present,there are more and more opportunities for college students to communicate and study outside the university,so it is an important part of talent training to communicate and practice outside the university.During this period,many problems often arose for the outgoing Party membership activists.In this paper,from the perspective of the characteristics and problems of this period,and combined with the actual work,some targeted countermeasures are put forward.
