中国福利房社区居住空间分异研究——以淄博市为例

Study on the Residential Space Differentiation in Welfare Housing Community in China:A Case Study of Zibo

自20世纪90年代以来,中国城市迅速扩张,社区数量持续增加,同时也伴随着社区居住空间分异。福利房社区作为我国计划经济时期的特有产物,造就了我国社区居住空间分异的特殊性。该文系统地梳理了国内外对居住空间分异的理论研究,以独具特色的组群式城市——淄博市为例,研究福利房社区居住空间分异,为居住空间分异研究提供了新视角。

Since 1990s,Chinese cities have expanded rapidly.The number of communities continues to increase,accompanied by the residential space differentiation.The welfare housing community,as a unique product of China's planned economy period,has formed the special characteristics of residential space differentiation in China.This paper systematically combs the theoretical research on residential space differentiation at home and abroad,taking Zibo City as an example,studies the residential space differentiation of welfare housing community,and provides a new perspective for the study of residential space differentiation.
