学校党建工作是师德师风建设的政治引领和组织保障,师德师风建设是党建工作的有效途径和重要内容。因此,通过两者的有机融合,以党建工作"智慧化"为载体,以党员学习教育与师德素养提升、基层党组织建设与师德考核、党员活动与完善师德建设机制为实施途径,探索两者协同发展的长效机制。

The work of school Party construction is the political guidance and organizational guarantee of the construction of teachers'ethics.Simultaneously,the construction of teachers'ethics is an effective way and important content of Party construction.Therefore,through the organic integration of the two,with the"wisdom"of Party construction as the carrier,by way of implementation of the study and education of Party members and improvement of teachers'moral quality,the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and the assessment of teachers'morality,and the activities of Party members and improvement of the construction mechanism of teachers'morality,this paper explores the long-term mechanism of the coordinated development of the both.
