高校后勤工作在学校的建设发展中起着至关重要的作用,后勤工作的标准质量,保障的能力效果,直接影响着学校教学、科研和校园安全稳定,因此说,一流的大学,必定要有一流的后勤服务保障。为学校"双一流"建设提供一流的后勤服务保障制约因素很多,该文认为,关键是学校的重视和支持,核心是后勤管理、工作团队的建设、努力和奉献,前提是要符合国家高等教育发展办学理念和学校建设发展的大局。

University logistics work plays a crucial role in the construction and development of the school,the standard quality of logistics work and the ability to guarantee the effect directly affect the school teaching,scientific research and campus security and stability.Therefore,first-class universities must have first-class logistics service guarantee.There are many constraints on providing first-class logistics service for the construction of"double first-class"of the school.This paper holds that the key is the attention and support of the school,and the core is logistics management,the construction of the work team,efforts and dedication.The premise is to meet the national higher education development philosophy and the overall situation of school construction and development.
