高职院校继续教育过程控制与质量提升——以六安职业技术学院为例

Process Control and Quality Improvement of Continuing Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Lu'an Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职院校继续教育,因其自身发展的原因,已经举步维艰,大有难以维持之态势。存在着"互联网+"的应用滞后、供需关系矛盾、过程控制不严格、质量下滑等问题。该文以六安职业技术学院继续教育改革为案例,对于如何解决以上问题作出探讨:首先拓宽继续教育对象和拉开继续教育的层次,改善供需矛盾;其次充分利用"互联网+"现代信息化技术和平台;再次加强教师队伍建设;最后形成一整套科学的质量控制系统。使得继续教育事业得以保持可持续发展的良好前景。

Because of the limitations of self-development,continuing education in higher vocational colleges is even in such an unsustainable situation as the lagging application of Internet Plus,contradiction between supply and demand,the loose process control,and the decline of quality.Taking the continuing education reform of Lu'an Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper makes an effort to solve the above problems and have good prospects of sustainable development of continuing education by devoting itself to the explorations such as improving the contradiction between supply and demand by broadening the object of continuing education and expanding the level of continuing education,making full use of the'Internet plus'modern information technology and platform,strengthening the construction of teachers'group,and forming a set of scientific quality control system.
