近年来,我国毕业生的人数逐年上升,就业压力越来越大。高校如何指导学生进行人职匹配,缓解就业压力,已经成为社会十分关注的热点和难点问题。从学校的角度来讲,开展有效的职业咨询是高校保障其就业率和就业质量的重要手段,也是保障大学生能尽快适应职场和实现生涯规划的重要策略。辅导员开展职业咨询是高校职业咨询不容忽略的一环。该文致力于研究辅导员目前开展职业咨询的现状以及如何在未来更规范更有效开展职业咨询,助力大学生成长。

In recent years,the number of college graduates in China continues has been increasing year by year,and the pressure of employment increases as well.How to carry out the personnel and job matching to alleviate the pressure of employment in college has become a hot and difficult issue of great concern to society.From the perspective of college,carrying out effective career counseling is not only an important mean to ensure their employment rate and quality,but also an important strategy to ensure graduates to adapt to the workplace and realize career planning as soon as possible.Career counseling by counselors is an important part of college career counseling.This paper aims to study the current situation of counselors'career counseling and how to conduct career counseling more standardized and effective in the future to help students grow up.
