摘要
06Cr19Ni9NbN高强奥氏体不锈钢首次被用作铁路罐车罐体材料,采用埋弧焊(SAW)和熔化极活性气体保护焊(GMAW)焊接。通过对其性能的分析,选择H03Cr22Ni8Mo3N双相不锈钢焊丝作为焊接填充材料,制定了合理的焊接工艺,进行了焊接工艺评定试验,并对焊接接头进行了无损检测和力学性能测试。结果表明,焊缝和热影响区外观及各项性能均满足了设计要求。
06Cr19Ni9NbN austenitic stainless steel was used as the tank material of railway oil tank car for the first time.SAW and GMAW welding methods were used.H03Cr22Ni8Mo3N duplex stainless steel wire was selected as the filling material through the analysis of its properties.Reasonable welding process was developed,and the welding procedure qualification test was carried out.Non-destructive testing and mechanical properties testing of welded joints were carried out.The test results show that the appearance and properties of both the weld and heat affected zone meet the design requirements.
