针刺“颅底七穴”联合悬吊训练对帕金森病患者平衡功能影响

Effect of“Seven Points of Skull Base”plus Sling Exercise Training on Balance Function in Parkinson Disease Patients

目的观察针刺"颅底七穴"联合悬吊训练(SET)对帕金森病患者平衡功能的影响。方法 50例帕金森病患者按照简单随机化的方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用"针刺-悬吊训练-基础西药"三联疗法进行治疗,对照组仅采用"悬吊训练-基础西药"进行治疗。治疗前后运用美国NeuroCom平衡系统对患者进行稳定极限试验(LOS),观察反应时间(RT)、运动速度(MVL)、端点行程(EPE)、最大偏移(MXE)、方向控制(DCL)5个指标的变化。结果两组治疗前LOS(RT、MVL、EPE、MXE、DCL)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后LOS指标优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组RT、MVL、EPE、MXE优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺"颅底七穴"联合SET能明显改善帕金森病患者的平衡功能,在改善运动的速度和重心控制范围方面更为显著,在运动方向控制方面则未见明显优势。

Objective To investigate the effect of“seven points of skull base”plus sling exercise training(SET)on balance function in Parkinson disease patients.Method Fifty Parkinson disease patients were allocated,using simple randomization,to treatment and control groups,with 25 cases in each group.The treatment group received triple therapy of“acupuncture-sling exercise training-basic western medicine”and the control group,“sling exercise trainingbasic western medicine”only.The limits of stability(LOS)test was performed using US-made NeuroCom Balance Master Systems to observe reaction time(RT),movement velocity(MVL),endpoint excursion(EPE),maximum excursion(MXE)and directional control(DCL)before and after treatment.Result There were no statistically significant pre-treatment differences in LOS RT,MVL,EPE,MXE and DCL between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in LOS indicators in the two groups(P<0.05).RT,MVL,EPE and MXE were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Seven points of skull base”plus sling exercise training can markedly improve balance function in Parkinson disease patients.It has a marked improving effect on movement velocity and gravity center control range but no obvious advantage in controlling the direction of movement.
