摘要
研究了在SPICE仿真引擎下使用模拟器件实现开关电源的数字化仿真方法。分析并简化了数字控制回路中零阶保持(ZOH)环节,使用经典传输线模型实现了数字控制差分方程中的采样模拟。以降压变换器为研究对象,通过LTSPICE验证了连续域中的控制器设计稳定性,并实现数字PID控制器的等效模型,仿真结果验证了等效方法的可行性。研究成果拓展了通用电子仿真软件在数字领域的仿真功能,简化了数字化电力电子变换器的设计流程。
The paper studies the method of implementing a digitally controlled power converter with conventional analog components on SPICE platform.It analyses and simplifies Zero-Order-Hold effect by using a traditional transmission line model.With buck converters as the research object,the paper verifies the design stability of continuous controller through LTSPICE and realizes the equivalent model of digital PID.The result of simulation method proves the feasibility of equivalent method.The findings of this research expand the simulating function of electronic simulation software in digital realm and simplify the design process of digital power electronics.
