“三全育人”视角下高职院校思想政治工作队伍建设路径探究

Research on the Construction Path of Ideological and Political Work Team in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Three All-round Education"

在“三全育人”视角下,全体教职员工都是思想政治工作的重要力量。但当前高职院校思想政治工作队伍存在队伍结构不合理、专业化程度不高、管理体制不完善等问题,全面提升思想政治工作队伍建设质量迫在眉睫。高职院校要坚持以立德树人为导向,以专任教师队伍、思想政治理论课教师队伍、党务工作者队伍、辅导员队伍的建设为重点,从严格准入、规范管理、加强激励三个方面入手,积极构建专职为主、专兼结合、素质优良的思想政治工作队伍,全面实施育人工程,为进一步增强思想政治工作实效提供有力的人才支撑。

All the members of faculty are important to ideological and political work from the perspective of"three all-round education".However,the ideological and political work team in higher vocational colleges is facing the problems such as unreasonable structure,unprofessional work and imperfect management.It's extremely urgent to comprehensively improve the quality of ideological and political work team construction.Higher vocational colleges should adhere to the guidance of intellectual and moral cultivation,and focus on the team constructions of full-time teachers,ideological and political theory course teachers,Party workers and counselors.It is necessary to actively build a team of ideological and political education composed of full-time and part-time workers with high quality,with measures of strict access,standard management and strong incentives to provide strong talent support to further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
