教育供给侧改革背景下高职院校双创人才培养的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Educational Supply-Side Reform

教育供给侧改革为职业教育的发展提供了崭新视角。“互联网+众创空间”模式是结合高职院校现行双创人才培养现状提出的符合我国国情的教育供给侧改革。从构建双创教育体系、专创融合打造金课、加强双创思维训练、将大赛标准贯穿双创教学全过程、对接地方经济需求五个维度阐述了供给侧改革背景下高职院校双创人才培养的路径。

Educational supply-side reform provides a new view for the development of vocational education."Internet+maker space"mode is the educational supply-side reform which is in line with China's national conditions and is based on the current situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.The paper elaborates the path of entrepreneurship and innovation talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the background of educational supply-side reform from five aspects:constructing the entrepreneurship and innovation education system,integrating entrepreneurship and innovation to create financial courses,strengthening entrepreneurship and innovation thinking training,running competition standards through the whole process of entrepreneurship and innovation teaching,and meeting local economic needs.
