网络文化改变了高校学生公寓的个人世界和群体文化,对当前高校学生公寓管理产生了重要影响,出现了学生显性问题逐步转为隐性问题、传统管理模式应对力不足、公寓文化育人工作遇到了新困境等情况。重视学生公寓管理工作,应关注学生思想政治教育,正视网络文化发展,理性看待学生网络化行为;重构管理协作模式,加强精细化策略;创新教育对话机制,主动融入网络文化阵地。

The network culture has changed the individual world and group culture of college students'apartments,and has an important impact on the management of college students'apartments at present.The obvious problems of students have gradually turned into the hidden problems,the traditional management mode has not been able to cope with the problems,and the education of apartment culture has encountered new difficulties.We should pay attention to the management of students'apartments,pay attention to students'ideological and political education,face up to the development of network culture,and rationally view students'network behavior;reconstruct the management cooperation mode,strengthen the refinement strategy;reform the education dialogue mechanism,and actively integrate into the network culture position.
