In higher vocational colleges,the quality of faculty determines the quality of talent cultivation,which is crucial to implement one million enrollments expansion.The diversity and differences of the increased students in the expansion have brought great challenges on faculty scale,professional competence and teaching mode of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges must enrich faculty structure through the combination of"enterprise-college personnel exchange"to improve teaching skills and theoretical and practical abilities of faculty,and enhance their teamwork awareness.
