摘要 目的比较尸体与活体的颅脑CT影像。方法筛选满足一定条件的尸体和活体颅脑CT影像各50例,测量以下19个颅脑影像指标:灰白质密度比(GM/WM)、侧脑室前角最大距离、侧脑室前角最小距离、脑实质横径、侧脑室脉络丛球间距离、侧脑室体部最大外径、头颅最大内横径、两顶间距离、三脑室横径、三脑室纵径、四脑室横径、四脑室纵径、纵裂宽度、Hackman值、脑室指数(D/A)、侧脑室体部指数(F/E)、侧脑室体部宽度指数(G/E)、前角指数(G/A)、脑室颅腔比(VCR)。利用统计学方法比较上述19个指标在尸体和活体颅脑影像上的差异。结果尸体和活体颅脑影像在GM/WM、D/A、四脑室横径、纵列宽度等8个指标上存在统计学差异(p <0.05水准)。结论尸体颅脑影像有别于临床活体颅脑影像。认识正常尸体颅脑CT影像,是做出正确尸体脑影像病理诊断的基础。 Objective To compare craniocerebral computed tomography(CT) of the deceased and the living body. Methods 19 parameters of craniocerebral CT scans of 50 deceased and 50 living bodies that met specific filtering criteria were measured separately: the intensity(CT value) ratio of gray matter to white matter(GM/WM), maximum and minimum length of frontal horn of ventricle, transverse diameter of cerebral parenchyma, length of choroid plexus, maximum external diameter of body of lateral ventricle, maximum internal transverse diameter of cranium, length of cerebral longitudinal fissure, length between two calvarium, transverse and longitudinal diameter of the third and fourth ventricle, length of the cerebral longitudinal fissure, Hackman value, ventricular index(D/A), index of somatic part of lateral ventricle(F/E), lateral ventricular body index(G/E), frontal horn index(G/A) and ventriculocranial ratio(VCR). The comparisons of these 19 parameters for the deceased and living bodies were performed using statistical methods. Results There are significant statistic differences in 8 parameters between the craniocerebral computed CT of the deceased and the living bodies, including GM/WM, D/A, transverse diameter of the fourth ventricle, length of the cerebral longitudinal fissure and etc. Conclusion The craniocerebral CT of the deceased differs from that of the living. Knowledge of the normal postmortem craniocerebral CT is the basic to correct postmortem craniocerebral radiopathological diagnosis.
