摘要
目的探析全凭静脉麻醉下腹腔镜手术对宫内外同时妊娠患者的妊娠结局影响。方法选取本院2017年1月-2018年10月收治的宫内外同时妊娠患者78例为实验组,均在气管插管全凭静脉麻醉下接受腹腔镜手术治疗,选取同期在我院产检的80例宫内单活胎孕妇为对照组,收集整理两组孕妇及新生儿的相关指标。结果自然流产率、早产率、妊娠期合并症发生率对比:两组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);筛除自然流产的病例,其余跟踪随访到分娩的孕妇资料比较:分娩孕周、分娩方式、活产率以及低体重儿率、新生儿窒息率对比:两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫内外同时妊娠孕妇应用全凭静脉麻醉下的腹腔镜手术治疗对妊娠结局无明显影响,全凭静脉麻醉适用于宫内外同时妊娠的腹腔镜手术中,维持母婴健康。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery under total intravenous anesthesia on pregnancy outcomes in patients with Heterotopic pregnancy.Methods 78 cases of Heterotopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the experimental group.All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery under total intravenous anesthesia with tracheal intubation.80 cases of intrauterine single live fetus pregnant women in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Relevant indicators of pregnant women and neonates in the two groups were collected and sorted out.Results The incidence of spontaneous abortion,premature birth,and gestational complications were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Screening out cases of spontaneous abortion,the rest of the follow-up to the delivery of pregnant women data comparison:delivery gestational weeks,mode of delivery,live birth rate and low birth weight,neonatal asphyxia rate comparison:the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery under total intravenous anesthesia for Heterotopic pregnancy has no significant effect on pregnancy outcomes.Total intravenous anesthesia is suitable for laparoscopic surgery for Heterotopic pregnancy to maintain maternal and infant health.
