无痛内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗结肠息肉患者的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation for the treatment of colon polyps

目的研究无痛内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗结肠息肉患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院94例结肠息肉患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=47)。采用无痛肠镜下氩离子凝固术治疗对照组,采用无痛内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗研究组。对比两组治疗效果、术后恢复情况、并发症发生率及手术前后生活质量(SF-36)。结果研究组治愈率(97.87%)高于对照组(82.98%)(P<0.05);研究组下床活动时间、术后1d VAS评分、首次排气时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率(8.51%)低于对照组(25.53%)(P<0.05);两组术后6个月SF-36分值均高于术前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗结肠息肉患者,能显著提高治愈率,降低术后并发症发生率,降低术后疼痛程度,且能促进患者康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation for the treatment of colon polyps.Methods A total of 94 patients with colon polyps were enrolled in our hospital.The random number table method was divided into control group(n=47)and study group(n=47).The control group was treated with painless colonoscopy under argon plasma coagulation,and the study group was treated with painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation.The therapeutic effects,postoperative recovery,complication rate,and quality of life before and after surgery(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the study group(97.87%)was higher than that of the control group(82.98%)(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,the VAS score at the 1 st postoperative time,the first exhaust time,the length of hospital stay,and the wound healing time were shorter than that of the study group.The control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the study group(8.51%)was lower than that in the control group(25.53%)(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before surgery.The study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation for the treatment of colon polyps can significantly improve the cure rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.
