医护一体化模式对神外重症昏迷患者的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Integrated Medical-nursing Mode for Severe Coma Patients in Neurosurgery

目的分析医护一体化模式对神外重症昏迷患者的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月-12月收治的神外重症昏迷患者作为研究对象,计算机随机分成对照组(常规护理模式干预)与干预组(医护一体化模式干预),每组50例。比较两组患者护理满意度、入院等候时间、昏迷清醒时间、神经功能及昏迷情况及并发症。结果两组患者护理满意度差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者院等候时间、昏迷清醒时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者并发症总率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式能明显减少患者急诊等待时间、并发症,有利于改善患者神经功能,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application value of integrated medical-nursing mode for severe coma patients in neurosurgery.Methods Severe comapatients in neurosurgery in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected,and divided into two groups by computer,each with 50 cases.Control group received the routine nursing,while intervention group received the integrated medical-nursing mode.Nursing satisfaction,hospital admission time,waking time,neurological function,coma condition and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in nursing satisfaction between groups(P<0.05).The waiting time and waking time of in the intervention group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of patients in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the GOS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of integrated medical-nursing mode can effectively shorten the waiting time and prevent the complications of coma patients in neurosurgery,which is conducive to improving patients′nervous function and nursing satisfaction.
