综合康复护理模式对老年COPD负性心理的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Mode on Adverse Psychological Emotion in Elderly Patients with COPD

目的探讨综合康复护理模式对老年COPD负性心理的影响。方法经医院医学伦理会批准随机选取我院2018年1月-2018年12月收治的老年COPD患者100例,采用双盲法将其分成对照组(接受常规康复护理模式干预)与干预组(接受综合康复护理模式干预),每组50例。比较两组患者呼吸功能、护理满意度、呼吸困难程度、焦虑抑郁心理。结果干预组患者FEV1、FEV1%、FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组及干预组患者护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者呼吸困难程度差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理模式在改善老年COPD患者呼吸功能、负性心理、肺功能及护理满意度有价值,建议使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode on adverse psychological emotion in elderly patients with COPD.Methods 100 elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and intervention group by double blind method,50 cases in each group.Respiratory function,nursing satisfaction,degree of dyspnea,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FEV1,FEV1 and FVC in intervention group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in nursing satisfaction between groups(P<0.05).The dyspnea degree showed significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD and HAMA in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model can effectively ameliorate the respiratory function,negative psychology,lung function and nursing satisfaction of elderly COPD patients.It is recommended.
