针对性护理干预对维持性血液透析患者钝针扣眼穿刺的临床应用价值

Value of Targeted Nursing Intervention for Blunt Needle Buttonhole Puncture in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析针对性护理干预对维持性血液透析患者钝针扣眼穿刺的临床应用价值。方法随机选取我院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的维持性血液透析患者56例,双盲法将其分成对照组(接受基础护理)及针对组(接受针对性护理干预),每组28例。比较两组患者一次性穿刺成功及并发症、负性心理、生活质量、睡眠质量。结果针对组患者一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者SDS、SAS评分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后降低;其中针对性组患者SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。针对组患者生理机能、躯体机能、社会功能、健康状况、精神健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。针对组患者睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍及催眠药物评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预可提高维持性血液透析患者钝针扣眼穿刺一次性成功率,减少并发症及负性心理,提升护理服务质量,建议使用。

Objective To investigate the value of targeted nursing intervention for blunt needle buttonhole puncture in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 56 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected,and were divided into two groups by double blind method,28 cases each.The control group received the basic group and the targeted group received targeted nursing intervention.The success rate of one-time puncture,complications,negative psychology,life quality and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the targeted group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores showed no difference between groups before nursing(P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after nursing,and were lower in the targeted group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical function,social function,health status and mental health of targeted group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and hypnotic drug dosages in targeted group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can improve the one-time success rate of blunt needle buttonhole puncture in maintenance hemodialysis patients,reduce complications and negative psychology,and improve the nursing quality.
