高职机电类专业群共享机制建设的现状分析与对策

Analysis on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Sharing Mechanism Construction of Higher Vocational Mechanical and Electrical Specialty Groups

高职专业群共享机制的建设是进一步提高高职专业群建设水平的重要措施。对江浙两省十所高职院校机电类专业群共享情况的调研结果显示,共享行为已普遍存在,呈现出共享内容覆盖面广,共享方式综合化,共享制度基本建成,共享效果有待提高等特征。同时也存在着共享理念含糊、共享方式简单化、共享机制不健全和理论研究滞后等不足。为此,建议采取坚持共享发展理念,科学优化共享方式,构建共享运行机制,加强相关理论研究等措施去应对。

The construction of the sharing mechanism of specialty groups of higher vocational colleges is an important measure to further improve the construction level of specialty groups of higher vocational colleges.The survey results of the sharing situation of the mechanical and electrical specialty groups of ten higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces show that sharing behaviors have been widespread,showing a wide coverage of sharing content,comprehensive sharing methods,basic establishment of sharing systems,and sharing effects to be improved.At the same time,there are also deficiencies such as ambiguous sharing concepts,simplified sharing methods,inadequate sharing mechanisms,and lagging theoretical research.To this end,measures such as adhering to the concept of shared development,scientifically optimizing the sharing method,constructing a sharing operation mechanism,and strengthening related theoretical research are needed.
