摘要
介绍了一个输出功率为1kW的Ka波段、高电子注通过率脉冲螺旋线行波管电子枪的仿真设计。首先通过工程计算进行电子枪初步设计,在此基础上再分别采用了二维仿真软件TAU和三维仿真软件MTSS、MAXWELL进行电性能精确仿真设计,并采用ANSYS Workbench进行结构可靠性仿真设计,最终的仿真设计方案进行装管测试,得到一只阳极电压18500 V,发射电流368.7 mA,整管静态通过率高于99%的电子枪。
A simulation of the Ka-band pulsed helix TWT electron gun with 1 kW output power and high pass rate is described.Firstly,the preliminary design of the electron gun was carried out through engineering calculation.2 D-simulation code TAU as well as 3 D-simulation codes MTSS and MAXWELL are then used to carry out accurate electrical performance.The structural reliability analysis of the electron gun is simulated by ANSYS Workbench,and the final simulation design scheme is carried out to test the tube.As a result,an electron gun with anode voltage of 18500 V,emission current of 368.7 mA and a static pass rate of more than 99%is obtained.
