摘要
本文介绍了L波段连续波空间行波管双阳极电子枪的电子光学设计以及结构改进,通过采用双阳极电子枪,可进一步增强阳极对总电流调控能力,增大离子阱,同时结合阴极直径增大后,阴极支取电流密度减小,提高产品寿命和可靠性。经过实际装管测试,改进后的双阳极电子枪的性能满足L波段空间行波管使用要求。
An electron optics design of the L-band continuous wave Space TWT double anode electron gun and its structure improvement are intruduced.By using the double anode electron gun,the ability for adjusting and controlling the total current of the anode can be further enhanced,and then the ion trap can be increased.At the same time,combined with the increase of the diameter of the cathode,the current density of the cathode can be reduced,and the life and reliability the product are improved.The performance of the optimalized double anode electron gun meets the requirements of L-band space traveling wave tube.
