摘要
在微带线静电场近似解的基础上,利用波动因子和麦克斯韦方程,给出微带线上准TEM波的级数解,并通过软件HFSS绘制出其场结构图。研究结论对于计算该传输线的衰减常数、了解其功率容量、考虑功率耦合及设计有关的有源器件具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the approximate solution of the electrostatic field on the microstrip line,the series solution of quasi TEM wave on the microstrip line is given by using wave factor and Maxwell equation,and the field structure diagram is drawn by software HFSS.The research conclusion has certain reference value for calculating the attenuation constant of the transmission line,understanding its power capacity,considering power coupling and designing relevant active devices.
