摘要 以不同发动机转速,负荷,缸内压力变化对活塞环润滑性能进行研究。基于流体润滑理论,结合Reynolds方程和微凸体模型且考虑润滑油变粘度等因素,建立活塞环-气缸套三维瞬态流体动压润滑模型,之后采用有限差分法结合Matlab语言环境编制瞬态流体动压润滑程序进行仿真计算,探讨发动机工作参数对活塞环润滑性能的影响。结果表明,不同发动机负荷和缸内压力的变化对活塞环润滑性能影响不大。当发动机转速增大时,活塞环与缸套间的最小油膜厚度和流体摩擦力都增大,但流体摩擦力的增大,会造成了摩擦功热的损耗加大,最后导致降低发动机产生的热能的利用率。 A research on the lubrication performance of piston ring for a certain engine is carried out under different rotating velocities,loads and pressures. Based on fluid lubrication theory,considering Reynolds equation,micro-bulge model and lubricating oil variable viscosity,the model of three-dimensional transient fluid hydrodynamic pressure lubrication of cylinder liner-piston rings was set up. The Matlab language and finite different method were used for the computation program of hydrodynamic pressure lubrication,to investigate the effects of engine working parameters on the lubrication performance of piston ring. The results show that,diversification of different engine loads and of pressures has little effect for lubrication performance of piston ring. When the velocity of engine increases,the minimum film thickness and film frication increase. But film frication increasing may cause the loss of friction power increasing,finally lead to the decreasing of the utilization of the heat energy generated by engine.
