摘要
为了研究不同缸盖螺栓连接螺旋副深度对缸孔变形的影响;基于有限元方法和缸孔静态变形测量;对比不同的缸盖螺栓连接螺旋副深度下的缸孔变形,得到了缸体结构优化设计的最优方案。
In order to study the deformation of cylinder bore with different screw thread pair depth of cylinder head,based on CAE analysis and block bore static deformation measurement,cylinder bore deformations are compared between different screw thread pair depths of cylinder head,cylinder block optimum structural design is obtained.
