On Textual Logic and Narrative Strategy of Diplomatic Discourses:Based on Ambassador Cui's Discourses on American Mainstream Media

话语信息通过媒体传播潜移默化地影响受众的价值判断。新冠疫情期间我驻美大使崔天凯在美国主流媒体上的系列话语,及时回应了国外公众关切的话题,通过语言要素与句式功能的文本建构,揭示了交际双方背后所秉持的原则和立场;从外交话语的国家印记,考察语篇的范式构建,展现其在国际社会中的位置与影响力;从语篇的社会实践意义,审视话语实践如何影响并重构已有的话语秩序和叙事方式,为讲好中国故事,创新国家话语权的传播技巧提供一种多维的路径参考。

Media reports play an important role in shaping ideological judgement.The discourses produced by Cui Tiankai,Chinese Ambassador to the United States on American mainstream media during the COVID-19 outbreak respond timely on the hot topics concerned worldwide.By words and syntactic function,the discourses reveal the principle and standing points of the two parties;from national identity of the mode construction,it exemplifies the impact of the discourses on the international community;and by societal practice,it dissects how the discourses exert on the reconstruction of current global discourse order and narrative strategy,in hope of"telling China's stories well",and initiate the transmission way of national discourse power.
