摘要 随着全球贸易增长,游弋在海上的船舶越来越多,海难事故逐年增加,海难事故中80%以上事故与人为因素有关.针对深入人-机界面研究改进船舶操纵人员的舒适度和操作效率,减少疲劳,预防海难事故的发生;采用操纵人员对船舶设备管理和合理布局保证人员效率研究,分析自动化增加船舶操纵安全性,论述大风浪合适的座位有效减少冲击载荷,提出了合适的照明、仪表的使用、人体测量学的作用和供暖、通风研究;为解决人机界面研究提供借鉴.核心在于梳理船舶航行中的涉及到的人机界面的影响因素并采取针对性的预防、改善、优化措施,从而为船舶安全航行提供更好的保障. With the growth of global trade,more and more ships are cruising at sea,maritime accidents are increasing year by year,and more than 80%of maritime accidents are related to human factors.Aiming at the deep man-machine interface,this paper studies to improve the comfort and operation efficiency of ship operators,reduce fatigue and prevent the occurrence of marine accidents.This paper adopts the research on the management of ship equipment and the rational layout of ship operators to ensure the efficiency of personnel,analyzes that automation increases the safety of ship handling,and discusses that suitable seats with strong winds and waves can effectively reduce the impact load.The appropriate lighting,the use of instruments,the function of anthropometry and the research of heating and ventilation are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the research of man-machine interface.The core is to sort out the influence factors of the man-machine interface involved in the ship navigation and take targeted prevention,improvement and optimization measures,so as to provide a better guarantee for the safe navigation of the ship.
