释宋代的“分茶”和“点茶”——兼释“茶”与“汤”

摘要 “分茶”和“点茶”二词广见于宋代的笔记,但鲜有人考释二者的关系。本文从宋代饮茶的风俗习惯入手辨析二者所指代的内容,同时分析“茶”和“汤”同时出现的情境,进而探究宋代平民阶层对“茶”和“汤”的认知和接受程度,从“茶”的角度探究宋代社会的风俗习惯。 Fencha and Diancha are seen in the literature of Song dynasty widely,however,few people tried to excerpt and explain them.This article discusses and explains the signifiers of Fencha and Diancha on the basis of the custom of drinking tea in Song dynasty,meanwhile attempts to analyze the situation that cha and tang take place in simultaneously,and explores the cognition degree of the citizens of Song dynasty,then try to find the proofs and reflections of the custom of Song dynasty.
