算法推荐视域下深化民族团结进步教育的技术可能、现实挑战和对策思考

算法推荐是一种通过计算机编码程序,分析用户特征、兴趣及需求,有针对性地抓取、推荐信息的技术。这一技术表现出研发动机的逐利性、操作过程的隐蔽性和信息引导的片面性。算法推荐技术的发展为推进民族团结进步教育的大众化、生活化和精准化提供了技术可能。但该技术在现实中也有可能弱化民族团结进步教育的网络阵地,纵容不利于民族团结进步的“隐性”内容,不利于营造深化民族团结进步教育的现实情境。为此,应当加强党的领导,开展技术纠偏,协调多元主体,完善法治监管,引导算法推荐技术的健康发展和合理应用,使之成为深化民族团结进步教育的强大技术支撑。
