台湾高山族社区营造研究:历程、经验及启示

A Study of Community Construction of the Gaoshan Ethnic Group in Taiwan of China:Process,Experience and Enlightenment

台湾高山族社区营造先后经历了重点示范部落计划、永续计划及活力计划三个阶段。其实践出现的问题及积累的经验,对大陆民族地区的村落发展和乡村振兴具有一定的启示意义。研究认为,民族地区的村落发展和乡村振兴需要持续地经营和创造。在该过程中,在地居民的主体性发挥,政府的引导、支持以及社会组织的参与协作,三者缺一不可。特别是在地居民主体性的发挥,更是民族地区村落发展和乡村振兴的力量源泉。

The construction of the Gaoshan community in Taiwan of China has experienced three stages:the key demonstration-tribe plan,the sustainable plan and the vitality plan.Its practical problems and accumulated experiences have some enlightenment to the village development and rural revitalization in the ethnic areas of the mainland of China.This paper holds that the development of villages and rural revitalization need continuous good management and innovation.In this process,the subjectivity of local residents,the guidance and support of the government and the participation and cooperation of social organizations are indispensable,of which the first is the very driving source of village development and rural revitalization.
