流动的困惑:跨国流动中少数民族流动群体的社会融入问题——以在韩朝鲜族为例

Social Integration of Floating Minority Groups in Transnational Mobility:A Case Study of the Social Integration of the Korean Ethnic Group in South Korea

1992年中韩建交以后,我国朝鲜族凭借其跨界民族的人文地理优势掀起了一场出国务工的流动潮。时至今日,在韩朝鲜族的数量已超过70万,成为韩国社会中规模最大的外籍群体。但这一为数不少的在韩朝鲜族群体,由于受其人力资本、社会资本、文化资本等方面的制约以及韩国结构性的社会、文化排斥,在适应和融入韩国社会的过程中面临着种种困境和挑战。关注我国跨界民族跨国流动中的社会适应问题,不仅关系到流动个体和群体的权益保护及其生活质量的提高,也关系到民族地区的社会发展与和谐稳定。

After the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992,the Chinese Koreans have set off a tide of migrant workers in South Korea by virtue of their natural geographical advantages and cultural resources.Today,the number of Chinese Koreans in South Korea is over 700,000,the largest minority group from abroad in South Korea.However,due to the constraints of human capital,social capital and cultural capital,as well as the structurally social and cultural exclusion of South Korea,a large number of these Koreans are faced with various difficulties and challenges in the process of adapting to and integrating into the society of South Korea.Paying attention to the problems of social adaptation of cross-border ethnic groups of China is not only related to the protection of the rights and interests and the improvement of the life quality of the migrant individuals and groups,but also to the social development and harmonious stability in ethnic minority areas.
