摘要
总结了国内外内炉渣处理系统发展历程,概况了炉渣处理系统的主要技术发展节点、分类、工作流程和参数;分析了水力、圆环链捞渣机、钢带干渣机、链板干渣机除渣系统的主要问题和问题原因,并提出采用模锻链捞渣机除渣系统、鳞斗干渣机除渣系统来解决传统技术问题。
Summarizes the development history and main technical nodes of domestic and international bottom ash handing system.Summarized the main technical classification,work flow and technical parameters of the bottom ash handing system.The main problems and causes of the bottom ash handing system of water flush,ring chain SSC,steel belt dry conveyor and chain plate dry conveyor were analyzed.It also proposes the use of forging chain SSC and dunocon dry conveyor to solve these problems.
