摘要
针对环保制冷剂R290在蒸发压缩机式制冷循环中的有效过热进行了理论循环计算,得出理论循环中,在蒸发温度为5、10、15℃,冷凝温度为45、50℃下,单位容积制冷量会随过热度增加而提升,制冷效率随过热度增加有升有降。针对搭载R290的单冷型1P定频分体壁挂式房间空调器的制冷系统设计出简易回热装置,并进行了性能测试,得出制冷量能提升1.97%,制冷效率能提升1.36%,存在最佳点。
The effective superheating of eco-friendly refrigerant R290 driven in the vapor compression refrigeration cycle is calculated theoretically.It is concluded when the evaporation temperature is 5℃,10℃and 15℃,which matches with the condensation temperature 45℃and 50℃respectively,the cooling capacity per unit volume increases but the cooling efficiency is uncertain with the increase of superheating in the theoretical cycle.A kind of simple heat regenerator is designed and tested for the single-cooling 1P fixed-frequency split wall type room air conditioner with R290 refrigerant,and the result shows that the cooling capacity can be increased by 1.97%and the cooling efficiency by 1.36%,which has the optimal point.
