摘要
积极心理学倡导用开放和欣赏的视角挖掘人的潜力与美德,为开展思政教育和培养人的全面发展提供了宝贵的借鉴。在积极心理学的视域下,大学生思政教育中存在着忽视培养个体价值、忽视学生的幸福感体验、忽视营造良好的思政教育环境等问题。将积极心理学运用于大学生思政教育是可行的也是必要的。应用积极心理学,我们可以从塑造学生的积极心理品质、增强学生在思政教育中的幸福感、营造良好思政教育环境三个途径来提升大学思政教育的实效性。
Positive psychology promotes tapping into the potential and virtues of people through open and appreciative perspectives,providing reference for the all-round development of people and ideological education.From the perspective of positive psychology,the ignorance of individual values,happiness and wellbeing of students and creation of a good ideological education environment exist in college student ideological education.It is necessary to apply positive psychology in ideological education of college students.In the application,the three paths of developing students’positive psychological qualities,increasing their happiness and creating a good ideological education environment could be adopted in order to increase the effectiveness of college student ideological education.
