“一带一路”与高校公共英语教育的人才培养模式转型研究

“One Belt,One Road”and the Transformation of Talent Training Mode in Public English Education in Colleges and Universities

在“一带一路”倡议下,确立满足“一带一路”建设所需人才培养目标,建设复合型人才培养体系成为了我国高等教育当前的主要工作内容。国际化复合型英语人才在推动“一带一路”沿线各国经济贸易往来过程中发挥着重要作用,国内高校应当紧紧抓住这一历史机遇,积极改革传统的英语教学模式,优化英语知识结构,加强国内外高校合作,以更好地培养出适应“一带一路”发展的英语人才。

The“Belt and Road”initiative is a key step in China’s implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world.It is in line with the common interests of the countries along the route and is a great strategic plan to promote the sustainable development of our society and economy.In the background of the“Belt and Road”initiative,one of the most important tasks of higher education in China is to establish the training objectives for the"Belt and Road"initiative construction and to build a talent training system.The Belt and Road initiative is playing an important role in promoting economic and trade exchanges between all countries along the belt.Domestic universities should seize this historic opportunity and cultivate highly qualified English talents.They should cultivate talents who know both English and external knowledge,which is the teaching goal,actively reform the traditional English teaching mode and optimize the knowledge structure of English,strengthen cooperation with foreign universities in order to produce English language talents who could better adapt to the development of the“Belt and Road”initiative.
