摘要 自主生长式教师专业发展理论,是湖北第二师范学院潘海燕教授及其团队在长达十多年时间里,经过一百多所中小学的多轮实践,总结提炼出来的一种教师专业发展过程理论。潘海燕教授的两著作,是该理论的完整呈现和总结。 The independent growth teacher professional development theory is a teacher professional development process theory summarized and refined by Professor Pan Haiyan and his team from Hubei University of Education after multiple rounds of practice in more than 100 primary and secondary schools for more than 10 years.Pan’s A Study on the Professional Development of Teachers with Independent Growth and Practical Cases of the Professional Development of Teachers with Independent Growth are the complete presentation and summary of the theory of the professional development of autonomous growing teachers,as well as the outline and basic direction of the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.
