摘要
《国家高层次人才特殊支持计划》的实施使教学名师的发展环境得到逐步改善,但教学名师"二次成长"问题依旧存在,主要有发展动力不足、成长特质缺失和成长保障不足三个表征。导致教学名师"二次成长"受阻的成因有三点,分别是制度保障不足、成长内驱力缺失和成长环境不利。基于此,促进教学名师"二次成长"的对策主要在于提升发展动力、增强成长特质和完善成长保障三方面。
The implementation of the“National Special Support Plan for High-level Talents”has gradually improved the development environment of teaching faculty,but the problem of“secondary growth”of teaching faculty still exists,which is characterized by insufficient development motivation,lack of growth characteristics and insufficient growth guarantee.There are three reasons for the obstruction of the“secondary growth”of the famous teachers,namely,the lack of system guarantee,the lack of internal driving force and the unfavorable growth environment.Based on this,promoting the“secondary growth”of famous teaching teachers mainly puts forward countermeasures in three aspects:increasing development motivation,enhancing growth traits and improving growth guarantee.
