布美诺肽是α-黑素细胞刺激激素的类似物,作为一种环状黑皮质素多肽,可以对大脑内参与性反应的通路起到调节作用。该药于2019年6月获得美国FDA批准,适应证为绝经前女性功能减退性欲障碍。本文对布美诺肽的化学合成方法进行了简单的综述,并展望了布美诺肽的应用前景。

Bremelanotide is a cyclic melanocortin polypeptide,an analogue of-melanocyte stimulating hormone,which regulates the pathways involved in the brain response.The drug,approved by the FDA in June 2019,is indicated for sexual dysfunction in premenopausal women.In this paper,the chemical synthesis methods of bremelanotide were briefly reviewed,and the application prospect of bremelanotide was prospected.
