瑞巴派特联合质子泵抑制剂治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效

The clinical effect of rebamipide combined with proton pump inhibitors in patients with chronic erosive gastritis

目的分析瑞巴派特联合质子泵抑制剂治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月~2019年10月慢性糜烂性胃炎患者130例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(n=65)与对照组(n=65),对照组采用质子泵抑制剂,试验组在对照组基础上采用瑞巴派特。对比两组疗效及治疗前后临床症状评分,统计两组治疗前后血清丙二醛(MDA)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平及单核细胞浸润、中性粒细胞浸润评分。结果试验组总有效率90.77%(59/65)较对照组72.31%(47/65)高(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组腹胀、胃痛、反酸症状评分较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组血清MDA水平较对照组低,血清PGE2水平较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组单核细胞浸润、中性粒细胞浸润评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论瑞巴派特联合质子泵抑制剂治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎患者效果显著,可减轻胃黏膜炎症反应,改善胃黏膜功能,缓解临床症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of rebamipide combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of patients with chronic erosive gastritis.Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic erosive gastritis in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into the test group(n=65)and the control group(n=65)according to the method of random number table.Proton pump inhibitors were used in the control group,and rebamipide was used in the test group based on the control group.The therapeutic effect and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the levels of serum malondialdehyde(MDA),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and the scores of monocyte infiltration and neutrophil infiltration were counted before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the test group was 90.77%(59/65)higher than the control group 72.31%(47/65)(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of abdominal distention,stomachache and acid regurgitation in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum MDA level in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum PGE2 level was higher than in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of monocyte infiltration and neutrophil infiltration in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rebamipide combined with proton pump inhibitors has a significant effect on patients with chronic erosive gastritis,and it can reduce the inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa,improve the function of gastric mucosa and relieve the clinical symptoms.
