心型脂肪酸结合蛋白与急性冠脉综合征冠脉病变程度的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究心型脂肪酸结合蛋白与急性冠脉综合征冠脉病变程度的相关性。方法将2018年6月~2019年6月期间收治的急性心肌梗死、不稳定心绞痛、稳定心绞痛患者各60例作为主要研究对象,将纳入的患者分别分为A1组、A2组以及A3组。对纳入的三组患者的心型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平进行测定,并对结果进行分析比对。结果通过比较三组患者的H-FABP、CK-MB以及cTnT水平可知,A1组患者的H-FABP、CK-MB以及cTnT水平最高且明显高于A2、A3两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A2组患者的H-FABP、CK-MB、以及cTnT水平最高且明显高于A3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A3组患者的H-FABP、CK-MB以及cTnT水平在3组患者中最低。结论急性冠状动脉综合征患者的H-FABP、CK-MB以及cTnT水平会出现显著升高的趋势,并且上述指标与患者的病情严重程度成正比,患者的病情越严重,上述指标水平越高。临床上可以此项指标的相关特征来准确地判断急性冠状动脉综合症患者的严重程度。 Objective To explore the correlation between heart-type fatty acid binding protein and the degree of coronary artery disease in acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction,unstable angina pectoris,and stable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were taken as the main research objects,and the included patients were divided into A1 group,A2 group,and A3 group.The heart-type fatty acid binding protein levels of the three groups of patients were measured,and the results were analyzed and compared.Results By comparing the H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnT levels of the three groups of patients,the A-group patients had the highest H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnT levels and were significantly higher than the A2 and A3 groups(P<0.05);the H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnT levels of patients in group A2 are the highest and significantly higher than those in group A3(P<0.05).The levels of H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnT in the A3 group were the lowest among the three groups.Conclusion The levels of H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnT in patients with acute coronary syndrome will increase significantly,and the above indicators are proportional to the severity of the patient’s condition.The more severe the patient’s condition,the above index levels was higher.The relevant characteristics of this indicator can be used to accurately judge the severity of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
