The Outcome of treatment of pterygium with cerebroside carnosine

目的点评脑苷肌肽治疗翼状胬肉的适宜性,观察脑苷肌肽治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法抽取2017年1月~2018年1月入院诊断为翼状胬肉且手术的病历,分为使用脑苷肌肽组(以下简称使用组)和未用脑苷肌肽组(以下简称未用组),以术后角结膜创面愈合率、眼表炎性反应消退率、痊愈率和复发率为观察指标对两组进行疗效观察。依据翼状胬肉诊治指南和共识进行点评并干预。结果脑苷肌肽治疗翼状胬肉属于超适应证用药;使用组术后角结膜创面愈合率、眼表炎性反应消退率、痊愈率和复发率与未使用组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论脑苷肌肽治疗翼状胬肉属于超适应证用药,脑苷肌肽对于翼状胬肉的治疗成功无相关性。

Objective To evaluate the suitability of cerebroside carnosine in the treatment of pterygium,and to observe the curative effect of cerebroside carnosine.Methods Admission diagnosis of discharge from From January 2017 to January 2018 including pterygium and operation,which is divided into two groups:cerebroside carnosine group(the use group)and unused cerebroside carnosine group(the unused group).The curative effects of the two groups were observed with postoperative corneal conjunctival wound healing rate,regression rate of ocular surface inflammatory response,recovery rate and recurrence rate as observation indicators.Review and intervene according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines and consensus of pterygium.Results The treatment of pterygium with cerebroside carnosine belongs to off label.There was no significant difference in the postoperative corneal conjunctival wound healing rate,regression rate of ocular surface inflammatory response,healing rate and recurrence rate between the used group and the unused group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pterygium with cerebroside carnosine belongs to off label,and cerebroside carnosine has no correlation with pterygium.
