西双版纳5个菠萝品种叶绿素荧光参数评价

Evaluation of Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Five Pineapple Varieties in Xishuangbanna

摘要 采用Pam2500叶绿素荧光仪对5个菠萝品种进行叶绿素荧光快速光响应曲线的测定,评价其在云南西双版纳种植的光适应性。结果表明,5个菠萝品种最大潜在电子传递速率(ETRmax)差异显著(p<0.05),电子传递速率(ETR)在光强低于100μmol·m^-2·s^-1条件下无差异,光强高于100μmol·m^-2·s^-1后,随着光强的增加,电子传递速率(ETR)差异逐渐增大;‘Tai caine’和‘Pucket1’在高光强下,电子传递速率高于其他3个品种。5个品种光合中心激发能的捕获能力(Fv/Fm)、光能利用率(alpha)、半饱和光强(IK)差异不明显。‘Tai caine’光化学淬灭系数最高,非光化学淬灭系数高光强下仅次于‘Tainong 16’,光合能力最高;‘Tainong 16’非光化学淬灭系数最高,光保护能力最强。 Pam2500 chlorophyll fluorescence instrument was used to measure the chlorophyll fluorescence fast light response curve of 5 pineapple cultivars and evaluate their light adaptability in Xishuangbanna.Results showed that the 5 varieties of pineapple maximum potential electron transfer rates(ETRmax)were significantly different(p<0.05).And the electron transfer rate(ETR)had no difference when the light intensity was less than 100μmol·m^-2·s^-1.But when the light intensity was higher than 100μmol·m^-2·s^-1,as the increase of light intensity,the difference of electron transport rate(ETR)increaseed gradually.It was also showed that'Tai caine'and'Pucket1'electron transfer rates were higher than other 3 varieties under high light intensity.The differences of photosynthetic center excitation energy capture ability(Fv/Fm),light energy utilization rate(alpha),half-full of light intensity(IK)were not significant(p>0.05).The photochemical quenching coefficient of'Tai caine'was the highest,while the non-photochemical quenching coefficient was only second to'Tainong 16',thus it had the highest photosynthetic capacity while'Tainong 16'had strongest photo-protective ability.
