基于中医传承辅助平台的针灸治疗神经性耳鸣选穴规律分析

An analysis of acupoint selection rules of acupuncture on treatingnervous tinnitus based on auxiliary platform of TCM

目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,挖掘针灸治疗神经性耳鸣的选穴规律。方法:收集、整理中国知网、维普期刊数据库中关于针灸治疗神经性耳鸣的文献,逐一录入中医传承辅助系统,利用软件集成无监督数据挖掘方法,进行选穴规律研究。结果:共筛选出符合条件的文献40篇,共包含68首治疗神经性耳鸣的针灸处方,61个针灸穴位,其中出现频次最高前5位的穴位依次为听宫、翳风、听会、耳门、中渚,核心穴组18条,最终演化出新针灸处方7首。结论:针灸治疗神经性耳鸣当以宣畅气机,沟通耳窍,补益气血为主。选穴多选自手足少阳经,其中手少阳三焦经所选较多,而所生成的新方也有其不同的证候偏向。

Objective:Based on auxiliary platform of TCM,to excavate acupoint selection rules of acupuncture on treating nervous tinnitus.Methods:The literatures of acupuncture on treating nervous tinnitus in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Weipu Periodical Database were collected,to integrate the acupoint selection rules.Results:40 eligible documents were screened out,including 68 acupuncture prescriptions,61 acupuncture points.The top 5 points with the highest frequency were Tingong(听宫),Yifeng(翳风),Tinghui(听会),and Ermen(耳门),Zhongzhu(中渚),with 18 core acupoint groups,and finally evolved 7 new acupuncture prescriptions.Conclusion:Acupuncture on treating nervous tinnitus should be based on Xuanchang Qiji(宣畅气机),communication of Erqiao(耳窍),Buyi Qixue(补益气血),acupoint is mostly selected from the Shouzu Shaoyang meridian(手足少阳经).Among them,the Shou Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian(手少阳三焦经)is more selected,and the new prescriptions generated have different syndromes.
